Riley is 2 months old and we can't believe how quickly she is growing and how much she has changed! Today was her 2 month check-up the doctor, which meant her first round of shots, but she handled it amazingly well...much better than I would have. Our little baby is getting bigger and growing just like she's supposed to, she now weighs 10 lbs 9oz and is 22 1/2 inches long.
Riley wih her great uncle MikeWhile she sill spends alot of time sleeping, she is very alert when she's awake and she loves to give us big smiles! Her favorite thing is to be talked to and she loves to smile and "talk" back. By "talk" I mean baby babble with facial expressions for effect, but I know she alot that she is dying to say.
Because she finds us hysterically funny...and who dosen't...she also feels the need to laugh with us and possibly at us quite often. She has the big wide open smile down, but were still working on the accompanying sound. Sometimes she able to get a small shriek in there and when the noise finally catches up with the feeling, I know it will be great!
Then onto Kingfisher for some friends...
