Next to Christmas, the Stock Show probably Riley's 2nd favorite event of the year! It's something that we never miss and this year, we actually went twice. The first day we just did our usual stock show stuff and our next visit was for the rodeo.
This was the first year that Roo was brave enough to sit up on the huge quarter horse and she was sooo proud of herself!
Piper was impressed by the horse too, but I think the even bigger hit for her was getting to sit on the farm equipment...it was pretty tough to pry her little body off of the tractors.

Both of the girls LOVED the petting zoo, so that was a stop that we might both times.
Piper was determined to be right down in there with all of the animals
And Riley thought it was pretty hilarious that this goat was munching on her hat.
Piper got to have her first pony ride! She was definitely the little cowgirl on the ride, but she was so excited!
We had a great time as usual and I'm pretty sure that Piper will be just as excited as Roo when January rolls around again next year!
