4 Months Old!

Happy 4 month birthday to Riley! I know I say this every month, but we can't get over how much she is growing and changing. She now weighs 12 lbs 5 oz and is 24 inches long. It is amazing how much her little personality is really coming out. She loves to babble and smile and laugh at us. The best is when she has something really important to say and she raises her left eyebrow... another trait she got from her daddy.

Riley has mastered a few new tricks this month. In addition to rolling from tummy to back she can now almost make it over from her back onto to her tummy, she gets about 3/4 of the way there and then rolls back, but it won't be too long. She is also finding that her hands have a purpose and she is really starting to reach and grab for things, unfortunately in addition to her toys that also means hair, earrings and glasses. Now that her legs are getting stronger she also loves to stand up with our help and has figured out how to use her feet to move around in a circle on the floor. We are really loving this time with her!
