Happy 5 month birthday to Riley!It is amazing how fast the time goes by and how quickly Little Miss changes. This month she has really started to figure out what those things on the end of her arms are for and she uses them reach out and grab for things like her favorite toy Sophie, Mommy's hair, Daddy's glasses and GiGi's hoop earrings are all fun. She also loves to reach out and touch our faces and watch our mouths as we talk to her.
Her fascination with her hands continues as she still loves to put them and anything else she may have captured with them into her mouth. She has also now picked a favorite finger...the thumb. Doesn't matter which thumb, either will do.
Last weekend she showed off a new trick...rolling from her back onto her tummy. This is a skill she has been attempting for a little while and she has now mastered it. We have so much fun playing with her and love how she interacts with us through her smiles and babbles and expressions. She is such a happy baby and we are so lucky she's ours!
