Today was Riley's 1st birthday party with our family and friends.
and for her 2nd day of celebrating she got to wear her festive birthday tutu.
In keeping with one of her favorite books we chose the 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar' as the theme for her 1st party.
Cake time!!!! She absolutely loved when everyone sang "Happy Birthday" to her.
She started off with one finger-full of frosting at a time
....then dove right in
The lucky little birthday girl was spoiled by her friends and family with lots of really great toys.
Riley had such fun at her party!
We are so very lucky to have such a wonderful family and great friends!!!!

Happy belated b-day Riley! She is precious Holland, everytime we look at the blog pics she gets cuter and cuter. I'm also super impressed and inspired by the Hungry Catepillar theme - nice! We'd love to see you guys for a playdate sometime soon!
